What Happens In An Energy Healing Session?
Come into a session open to follow the highest path your Spiritual guiding team has set out for you. I am simply a conduit and holding space for the session to progress for the highest good of all those involved. Trust in the path. If you are here now, reading this page is because you are in alignment and exactly where you need to be right now.
I am trained in Reiki and the session will include but not limited to traditional Reiki healing, as well as channeled healing, crystal therapy, and sound healing.
Often times I receive messages from my clients and include some level of spiritually guided life coaching in our sessions.
What Is Energy Healing?
The beauty of magic is to allow yourself to connect to the unseen energies, the beautiful energies of creation. The energies which is our birthright by nature and which connects us together as one. I call it Universal Love.
There are infinite amounts of possibilities in this lifetime.
Sometimes we disconnect from the essence of who we are and there are many reasons for it: traumas, life stressors, and many other not so positive influences. The more connected we are to our true Self with capital S – the more in alignment we live our lives – the happier, healthier and more at peace we are. We can only feel joy in the present moment.
Joy is an amazing high vibration.
We all have a guiding team who are here supporting our soul evolution, who are here to guide us for the highest good of all involved. Beings who can assist us in the path of light and love. Some are our ancestors, teachers, masters and loved ones of many forms – multidimensional beings.
In our sessions, we are co-creating and transforming energies.
Allow expansion in the miraculous which is your life – when you are open to the un-seen (the things we can feel and sometimes cannot explain) magic and healing transformation happens. As a Reiki energy healer and channel, I have come to realize in it’s fullest capacity that no one else can heal you better than you can heal yourself. The healing light of God or universal love is your birthright. My job is to simply open the fields and hold space for you, with the assistance of your guiding team, to release all which doesn’t serve you and doesn’t belong and connect back / integrate/ once again with your whole being. By calling back your light into the here and now and releasing the energies which don’t serve you any longer so they too can find their “wholeness” wherever it’s source energy may be.
In this life, everything we do connects us to the light or disconnects us from the light. I am here to assist you to connect to your light, to call back your energy – so you can be the highest version of who you are and vibrate at the highest level.

Our healing sessions, when possible, begin a day prior – through a sequence of specific prayers – so that the healing can continue while we sleep and are in the dream world with our guides.

What Is Distance Healing?
Second degree Reiki practitioners learn and receive three symbols, one of which is the “distance symbol.” When invoked and used by a Reiki practitioner, this symbol allows the practitioner to send healing Reiki energy across time and space.
Time and space is an illusion. When we access the energetic body we do not need to be physically in the 3rd-dimensional present moment together. When a healer facilitates a distance healing, he or she is going outside of time and space. She is altering her perception by any number of techniques.
In the Theta healing technique, for example, the practitioner slows her brainwaves to the theta wave which activates what is known in shamanism as the “waking dream” state – allowing us to put our energy wherever you intend it to be guiding it with clear intention as the energy is instantly transmitted.
Distance healing works equally as well as an in-person healing session.
All healings and rituals sessions are always for the highest good of all involved.

Nathalie has been on the spiritual and healing path since childhood. She has been teaching yoga for twenty years and practicing for many more. She is an Intuitive Transformational Healer and Life Coach. She has trained in Reiki energy healing, soundbath, yoga nidra, crystal healing, chakra and aura clearing, among many other spiritual modalities, including Shamanism. She is a meditation and yoga teacher and trainer at the RYT-500 Hour level with Yoga Alliance.
She has studied the chakras system extensively, along with yoga philosophy and all aspects of yoga in India during four trips where she stayed several months and learned from her teachers. Nathalie also lived in Los Angeles for many years, where she worked and learned from today’s leading master yoga teachers and healers.
Nathalie is a student of Human Design. She has lead many retreats and Yoga Teacher Trainings, at the 200 Hour and a 300 Hour level, as well as continuing education YACEP.
In her trainings, Nathalie serves as a life coach and spiritual guide by mentoring many of her students while in challenging life situations. Her coaching method is uplifting and practical- accessing all situations from a spiritual perspective, as well as for modern day living – providing many tools for transformation.
Nathalie has taught countless workshops and has a wide variety of healing and life enhancement techniques to share.
Since childhood, Nathalie has been able to connect to other dimensions. During her sessions, Nathalie tunes into you and your energetic field and together co-creates a healing session combining spiritual practices to empower you and all those involved in the particular situation. Her sessions are focused on energy clearing and flow. She connects to spirit guides, animal totems, multidimensional beings, akashic records, and ancestors to assist her clients in transformation towards connecting with their highest and most authentic Self.
Participants are not required to meet in person since distance healing is equally effective as an in-person healing because in alternative energy healing and holistic medicine therapies, we are working with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.
Nathalie is the founder of Shanti Yoga Training School. She is the host and creator of LIFE ON EARTH PODCAST and Life On Earth online courses, an author of four published books, and a blogger.
During her free time she loves swimming, baking sourdough bread and spending joyful time with her many multi species animals.
